The Inn at Irwin Gardens | Columbus Indiana Wedding | Taylor & Mikey

FILED IN: Weddings

A fountain ran down the side of a small hill that lead to the tea house at Irwin Garden. Two sets of steps led up either side of the fountain to the tea house. At the top of the steps, in the doorway to the tea house, Taylor and Mikey stood looking out over the Irwin Gardens. Just minutes ago, they had been married in the garden. Mikey leaned back against the doorway, then took Taylor by the hand and pulled her in close for a hug. They smiled giddily as they talked, the excitement of just being married still coursing through them. It’s such an honor to work with people so completely in love.

Steve and I had a blast capturing Taylor and Mikey’s wedding. It was an extremely emotional and heartfelt day. So many tears of joy were shed as Taylor and Mikey wed. They had a bunch of lavender for their friends and family to throw on them as a send off, but instead their friends and family ended up throwing it during the first dance, making for one of the most beautiful and most fun first dances we have ever captured. Steve and I wish them nothing but the best as they begin their married life together.
