The sun had already fallen below the rooftops of the buildings downtown, so I wouldn’t necessarily call this a sunset shot. Instead we set up a flash and placed it at the right distance and angle behind the Bing and Spike to give the same feeling and glow as a sunset shot. I couldn’t be happier with how the photos turned out, and in the end I’m kind of glad we missed the sunset.

Bing and Spike’s wedding was so much fun to capture. Steve and I had a great time shooting in and around the Omni Severin in downtown Indianapolis. Plus, we absolutely loved their first look on the canal. The people in downtown Indy could not be sweeter. So many people stopped so as not to ruin the moment for them, and so many people watched adorably and offered congratulations when it was done. We absolutely love working in this city.
