I woke up that day and it didn’t look like any chance of it clearing.  I wanted to get some beautiful pictures of them with the sun, but I was fully prepared to take great rain shots.

Steve and I drove down to Bloomington and about 4 minutes before we started the engagement shoot, the clouds cleared up and the sun decided to stay.  I was super pumped for them, but I was really looking forward to rain shots.  Although I was disappointed with it clearing up for good, I’m in love with the final images.

Erica and Johnathan are so adorable together!  They did amazing and I honestly CAN NOT WAIT until their wedding.  We decided to have the shoot in Bloomington since that was the town in which they met. I absolutely love the town and I could do an entire engagement session on just one block. Seriously, it’s a really cool town.
