As the sun was setting over The Virginia B. Fairbanks Art and Nature Park: 100 Acres, Bill and Megan left the 100 Acres Park and headed across the canal on their way back to their car for a quick clothing change during their engagement shoot. As they walked hand-in-hand up a service road and under the Indianapolis Museum of Art Pedestrian Bridge, a beautiful arch bridge that is falling apart and under construction, they walked through some of the most beautiful light I have seen at the IMA. The bridge had orange netting all over the arch to keep pieces of it from falling off the bridge and onto people walking below. This orange netting magnificently caught the warm glow of the setting sun and reflected it back on passersby. This perfectly backlit Megan and Bill as they couldn’t help but to gaze into one another’s eyes while walking. I love capturing couples deeply in love, and I cannot wait to capture their wedding.
