The rays of the setting sun reflected off the pavement of the street, creating a beautiful yellow glare as Margo and Will walked down the sidewalk in Carmel. They paused for a moment next to one of the street lamps, the leaves from plant hanging off a crook in the metal reaching down toward the ground where they were standing. Margo looked to the street and Will wrapped his eyes around her from behind. She turned her head to look at him, innocent curiosity sparkling in her eyes as they both smiled at one another.

I had so much fun capturing Margo and Will’s engagement session in Carmel. Downtown Carmel is so elegant and beautiful. It really fit Margo and Will’s aesthetic, and we were able to create some beautiful images of them as a result. Will had just moved to the area four days before the shoot, and I am so thankful he was able to take some time away from unpacking and settling in to the area to do this shoot. Steve and I are so excited to be capturing their wedding next year.
