Sometimes it rains and we still have to shoot. Honestly, some of my favorite pictures come out of sessions like these, and this session with Emily and Michael definitely delivered. Emily wanted to have natural, rural pictures, with beautiful light, so I tried to do that as much as I could with what we had. The shoot took place in various buildings on the Ball State University campus and it turned out great.
Emily and Michael incorporated many personal things from their engagement into their engagement session photos.  Michael proposed with a puzzle that he had made for Emily of himself holding a sign that said “Emily will you marry me?”  Michael is also a part of the ROTC program. They wore matching camo hats and Michael wore his army fatigues for a part of the session.
