In the middle of the city, in a rooftop garden, Adriana slid her arms around Luke’s waist and hugged him from behind. A gentle breeze blew over the glass walls surrounded the roof and gently fluttered Adriana’s hair. Luke looked over his shoulder, smiling at her. There were so many wonderful moments like this during my New York rooftop engagement session with these two wonderful people!
Last week I went to New York to see an amazing show (the Crazy Ex Girlfriend live show) and capture an engagement session! I was blown away while in New York. I love that city so much, and this trip only reinforced that for me. Aside from just getting to hang out with Adriana and Luke for a few moments during their shoot, Adriana got my friend and me tickets to see Good Morning America and gave us a quick tour of the studio afterward. It was such a fun trip!

Lastly, check out this wonderful wedding at with Jacqueline and Andrew at the Regions Tower! About 11 stories up, half way up the Regions Tower, there’s a wedding venue that’s partially inside the tower and partially a deck on top of the roof of the shorter part of the tower. We had so much fun capturing this wedding with downtown Indy as a backdrop.
