In the shade of the trees, little Felix sat on his father’s shoulders. His long brown hair, with a hint of his father’s curl at the end, falling short of reaching his shoulders. Patient, but a little exasperated with the photo shoot, he rested his head on his hand. Ryan, his father, looked up at Felix with a grin on his face. This moment was just one of the many magical moments I was able to capture during this Cool Creek family photography session with Ryan, Emelie, and their almost two-year-old son Felix!

This Cool Creek family photography session was so much fun! I love having the opportunity to capture other creators, so I was so thrilled when Emelie, a videographer and photographer, reached out to me capture their family’s photos. Emelie, Ryan, and Felix were all so amazing to capture, and they seemed so comfortable in front of the camera! It was like a dream come true. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that their son, Felix, is so incredibly adorable. He is a doll! Just look at how perfect he looks in all of the photos! I did this session quite a while ago, and I’m so happy to finally be able to share these photos on the blog! This photo session is one of those sessions that really reminds me why I love capturing families so much!
