Holcomb Gardens Engagement Shoot with Sigal and Ben

FILED IN: Engagements

There was a silence in the air around the waters of the canal. It’s one of the few places in Indianapolis where you can here the insects and the birds in the woods. On a rough hewn piece of stone, eroded by time and rain, Sigal and Ben sat. Huddled close together, they hugged and looked into each other’s eyes. Instinctively they both laughed. I just love capturing these wonderful, intimate moments. There are a lot more below from their stunning Holcomb Gardens engagement shoot.

Did you love this Holcomb Gardens engagement shoot?

If you loved these photos, then check out some of the other shoots we’ve done recently!

Firstly, check out this adorable engagement session at Holcomb Gardens with Kendall and Connor! Kendall and Connor were so much fun to capture. Their joy and love radiated throughout all of the photos and spilled out onto the blog! We loved capturing the two of them in preparation for their wedding! Their photos are just adorable!

Next, check out this sweet engagement session with Brooke and Mike at Holcomb Gardens! This couple was so great to work with for their engagement photos!! Brooke and Mike went to Butler and as a result they wanted to do their engagement photos there. They wanted to incorporate some of their love story into their pre-wedding photos. The photos of these two are so sweet!

Lastly, check out this wonderful engagement session with Niki and Sam at Holcomb Gardens! This engagement session was such a marvelous time! I had so much fun capturing these two. Partially because Sam and Steve actually grew up in the same town and used to lifeguard together back in high school. Which is something we pieced together at the shoot. Once we did, Sam told me a few stories about Steve that Steve wouldn’t have divulged on his own. So that was wonderful! It’s such a small world sometimes.

If you loved these photos and would love to visit on your own, check out the Holcomb Gardens webpage on Butler University’s site! The gardens are so beautiful. But really, Butler University’s whole campus is one of the most gorgeous places in Indianapolis. It’s a great place to visit!
