Indianapolis Museum of Art: 100 Acres | Engagement Session | Kim & Alex

FILED IN: Engagements

The summer was not quite over, but some of the trees in the Virginia B. Fairbanks Art & Nature Park: 100 Acres had already started shedding some leaves. The fallen leaves littered the pathways of the woodland park. With the sun at their backs, Kim and Alex took a walk down one of the paths with their dog, Zoey. Zoey scampered around the path, tugging at the end of leash, fighting to make her way into the foliage surrounding the path. Kim and Alex smiled as they walked hand-in-hand down the path on one of the last warm afternoons of the summer, smiling at their adorable dog.

I had so much fun capturing Kim and Alex’s alluring engagement session. They brought their dog, Zoey along with them on the shoot, and she was incredibly cute. I just wanted to take a million pictures of Zoey, and luckily they wanted to have Zoey in a lot of the photos. I love it when things work out on my shoots to help satiate my desire to have a dog of my own. Steve and I cannot wait to capture Kim and Alex’s wedding this fall.
