Falisha & Daron had a gorgeous Baha’i ceremony at the Baha’i House of Worship in Wilmette, IL. Their intimate ceremony involved their immediate family and the Baha’i officiants. We were so honored to witness it. Her father sang for the both of them and I couldn’t hold back the tears. The moment was absolutely beautiful. Falisha wore her grandmother’s wedding dress which was a surprise to her family. She looked like she just stepped out of a Mad Men episode.
We had a blast following them around Chicago. I rode the Ferris Wheel for the first time. It probably would have never happened if it wasn’t for the pictures. Add riding the Ferris Wheel at Navy Pier to the list of fears I have conquered for a photo. I hope you enjoy the snippets of their special day!
She also wore her grandmother’s gloves.
Daron made the box for the rings.
