The soft sunlight filtered through the overcast sky and reflected off the glass of the greenhouse. In front of the greenhouse, Kathleen and Albert embraced. As they hugged, they brought their heads together and briefly kissed. This was just one of the lovely moments from their Newfields greenhouse engagement session. There are a few photos inside the greenhouse because that was super important to Kathleen and Albert. Kathleen works with plants and wanted to make sure for their engagement shoot that there was plenty of plant life and that part of it took place inside a greenhouse. Unfortunately between the time when this shoot took place and now, Newfields has changed their policy about photo shoots and no longer allows them inside the greenhouse. That is a bummer, but the gardens (where the rest of the photos took place) are gorgeous and still super photogenic.

Lastly, check out this wonderful engagement session with Alli and James! These two met us at Newfields for their portraits. We stayed in the gardens during their photos, and it was gorgeous. So much lush green surrounding them from all of the plants and flowers. It was beautiful.

If you loved the photos in this blog post then consider planning a trip to Newfields! It is a wonderful art museum in Indianapolis and also a tremendous garden. Unfortunately they no longer allow photo shoots in the greenhouse, but if you want to do photos here the gardens are just lovely.
